Overview
The reports from the Pariah Nexus describe soldiers losing more than contact with command. Necron works suppress the warp, and the effect on living people can reach into the will required to do anything at all. A position may still possess weapons and defenders while becoming less capable of using either.
Imperial forces entering the region have to fight through a condition ordinary discipline cannot readily explain. Silence is part of the testimony, but silence alone is an inadequate warning. The danger concerns what remains of a person when the impulse to resist begins to fail him from within.
