Overview
Sa’cea’s domed cities and agricultural complexes form a dense, planned landscape on a hot world. Below them, Earth Caste installations support a population expected to live with order and restraint. The distance between a person’s home and the needs of the wider sept is short.
Farther underground, military training spaces reproduce alien cities. Cadres practise patient movement and killing in streets built to resemble places they may one day invade. The discipline that organises their own settlements becomes a means of taking somebody else’s. Sa’cea has supplied colonisation fleets as well as soldiers, carrying both kinds of planning beyond its home system.
History
Dangerous predators delayed settlement until Fire Caste forces cleared the way. Sa’cea grew into a major contributor of colonisation fleets during the Second Sphere. Reports of immense population refer to the developed sept worlds together rather than supplying a secure census for this planet alone.
Military significance
Sa’cean forces practise patient Kauyon warfare and are experienced in urban operations. Underground replicas of alien cities support preparation, while the Kir’qath auxiliary academy connects training to the empire’s other species. Rehearsal gives commanders grounds for confidence without removing the cost of discovering what the model omitted.
